A processional of bands will open the day’s events and all will again convene for the noontime Gathering on the Green. Additional impromptu performances will spring up throughout the day.

Take a piece of the Festival home with you by participating in interactive workshops from Celtic and Appalachian artists

  • All day Many craft stations — Highland cow and sheep crafts, paint river rocks, face painting, and more. Complete a festival-wide Scavenger Hunt card for a prize!

  • 11AM CELTIC STORIES with Judith Clister

  • 1PM THE BLARNEY STONE PLAY directed by Patty Wells, sign up in the morning!

LIVING HISTORY IN THE VILLAGE ALL DAY

  • Celtic Village & Glen of Clans: Explore the many Clans showing their family tartans and learn Celtic history from various re-enactors.

  • See craft demonstrations throughout the grounds. Shop Celtic gifts from the many artisan vendors. The aroma of delicious grub and grog will lead you there!
